1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Amar Sell Auto, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be a legal business entity or at least 18 years of age to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including 2FA settings.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
Amar Sell Auto provides tools for WhatsApp automation. However, you are solely responsible for complying with WhatsApp’s Official Business Policies and Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp/Meta due to your messaging practices (e.g., spamming or sending unsolicited messages).
4. AI Voice & Order Verification
Our AI Voice system is designed to assist in order verification. However, Amar Sell Auto does not guarantee 100% accuracy in customer responses or DTMF (press-key) inputs.
The "Fraud Score" is a predictive tool based on available data; the final decision to ship or cancel an order lies solely with the Merchant.
5. Courier & Third-Party Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party couriers (e.g., Steadfast, REDX). We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or errors caused by these courier services.
You must maintain valid API keys or credentials for any third-party service you connect to your dashboard.
6. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
Merchant Wallet: Credits deposited into your wallet are used for subscriptions and service usage (SMS/Voice calls).
Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise by a specific promotional offer or a verified system error.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from the Merchant wallet are subject to verification and may take 3-7 business days to process.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Amar Sell Auto to:
Send offensive, illegal, or deceptive content.
Harass individuals or violate the privacy of your customers.
Attempt to bypass system security or reverse-engineer our automation modules.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amar Sell Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising from the use or inability to use our automation tools.
9. Service Modifications & Downtime
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform at any time. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party API failures (WhatsApp, Google, or Courier servers).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
